Dear Anmer Oils
 
I had a delivery from your company last week when the driver mentioned that the top had been left off my newly installed oil tank which may have allowed water to get into the oil. I thought no more of this and just hoped all was OK.
 
After returning from work on Monday, I found a compliment slip in my letter box explaining that youl had done a "water dip" test which confirmed there was no water residue.
 
I would like to thank you very much for taking the time to test the oil in the tank. I was very surprised and delighted that this had been carried out - and that the outcome was a good one.
